LINGUINE CON PESTO 
2 c. chopped basil (must be fresh)
1/2 c. chopped garlic
1/2 c. pine (pignola) nuts
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped parsley
2 c. olive oil
16 oz. linguine

To make pesto, mix together basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan, parsley and olive oil.

To serve, cook linguine, saute pesto in a pan, pour pesto over linguine and grate fresh black pepper over the top.
