3 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. butter, softened Oil for deep fat frying 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Cut butter into dry ingredients, except 1 cup sugar and cinnamon, they will be used for dipping after frying. Beat eggs with milk. Pour in and stir. Turn out and knead for 2 minutes or until smooth. Cut dough into marble-sized pieces; let stand, covered, 15 minutes. |
