QUICK BUNUELOS 
2 doz. flour tortillas
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cinnamon

Pour oil into a large frying pan (about 1-2 inches deep) and let it heat up. Emerse tortillas in oil completely (lighter whole or cut in pieces). They will bubble then brown take them out and drain. Sprinkle with mix of sugar and cinnamon.
