QUICK AND EASY BUNUELOS 
1 pkg. wonton or egg roll skins
Cinnamon
Sugar
Oil

Separ ate wontons or egg roll skins. Heat oil for frying. Use skins as is or cut into shapes desired. Fry in oil until lightly browned. Turn once. Drain on paper towels. While still warm, shake cinnamon and sugar mixture onto one side. Umm good!
