ITALIAN CHICKEN 
5 lbs. hen
1 green pepper
4 onions
4 pods garlic
1 can pimento
1 can tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz. tiny egg noodles
2 tbsp. butter

Steam chicken, bone and cut up. Saute onions, garlic and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter. Add 3 cups chicken stock. Add other ingredients and cook 1 hour. Add chicken and simmer 5 minutes. Cook egg noodles and add to above mixture.
