BROWNED PAPRIKA POTATOES 
6 med. size potatoes
1 tbsp. melted bacon drippings (or oil)
1/4 c. corn flakes
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Pare potatoes and cut into good sized chunks, brush (or roll) in melted fat. Roll potatoes in corn flake crumbs, paprika and salt. Bake, covered in greased pan at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
