AUNT ELINOR'S BEAN SUPREME 
1 lg. can pork and beans
1/2 c. to 1 c. sugar (to taste)
1/3 to 1/2 c. vinegar
4 med. onions, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 can green lima beans, drained
2 cans dark red kidney beans, drained (1 lb. cans)

Cook vinegar, sugar, onions, and mustard in bacon drippings. Add all three kinds of beans and the bacon. Stir well. Bake in a 3 quart casserole or bean pot for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cover last 15 minutes.
