BAKED BEANS SUPREME 
1 lg. onion, chopped (1 c.)
1 lg. green pepper, cut into 1" pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. oil
1 (17 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can butter beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can baked beans with molasses sauce & bacon
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute onion, green pepper, garlic in the oil for 3 to 5 minutes. In a 3 quart casserole stir lima beans, butter beans, undrained baked beans, red kidney beans, water chestnuts, catsup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce. Then stir in the vegetable mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 15.
