BEAN SALAD SUPREME 
2 pkgs. frozen French cut green beans
1 cucumber, sliced thinly
1 lg. celery stalk, sliced thinly
6 radishes, sliced thinly

DRESSING:

1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 pkgs. artificial sweetener (or liquid sweetener equal to 4 tsp. sugar)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste
Onion powder to taste (optional)

Mix ingredients for dressing together well. Defrost beans and mix with other vegetables in large bowl that can be covered. Pour dressing mixture over vegetables. Mix well, cover and marinate at least 1 hour or overnight.
