ORIENTAL HOT FRUIT COMPOTE -
WARM SALAD
 
1 lg. can pears
1 lg. can peach slices
1 jar Maraschino cherries
1 med. can pineapple chunks
1 lg. can mandarin oranges or 1 lg. can apricots

Mix the following ingredients together in saucepan, heat, add fruits. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry

Serve warm with slotted spoon.

NOTE: Drain all fruit on paper towels 1 hour before putting in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over. This can be made ahead of time and reheated at 325 degrees.
