FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE | |
1 pie shell, baked 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. granulated sugar 1 tbsp. powdered sugar 4 c. strawberries Crush 2 cups strawberries, add lemon juice, 1 cup sugar and cornstarch. Cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar in bottom of pie shell. Cover bottom with other 2 cups strawberries, whole or halves. Cover berries with cooled mixture. Serve chilled with whip cream. |
