FLOATING COBBLER 
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup milk
2 cups fruit

Place 8x8-inch Pyrex dish in oven with 1/2 stick butter to melt and get hot. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk. Pour over butter dish. Spoon 2 cups fruit over the batter. DO NOT STIR! Bake very quick (375°F for about 30 minutes or until crust is brown). Batter will float to the top.
