MISS AMERICAN PIE | |
1 (10") pie pastry, baked 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted 1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (21 oz.) can tart cherry pie filling or strawberry pie filling 1. Pour blueberry pie filling in baked pie shell. 2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. 3. In separate bowl, beat cream until stiff, add sugar and vanilla; beat until blended. 4. Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture. Spread on top of blueberry pie filling. 5. Gently spread the cherry or strawberry filling on top. Chill at least 4 hours. |
