SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 chopped onion 4 beaten eggs 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 c. Romano cheese 2 c. fine Pepperidge farm stuffing mix Cook spinach as directed and drain well. Mix stuffing and cheese. Add onion, spices, butter and then beaten eggs. Add spinach last. Mix well. Chill at least 30 minutes. Form into small balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. |
