SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten

Cook and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients together. Chill mixture for 2 hours. Form in bite size balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Serve hot. Makes 70 to 80 balls.
