SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, cooked & drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
6 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Mix together and chill 1 hour. Roll into bite size balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on greased cookie sheet or teflon coated cookie sheet.
