SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing or seasoned croutons 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. melted butter 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix ingredients together. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight. Roll into walnut size balls. Cook on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
