JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal (plain)
1 tsp. flour (plain)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can cream style corn
3 Jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 st. yellow cheese, grated
Bacon drippings

Stir in all ingredients above. Melt bacon drippings in iron skillet. Pour mixture into skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
