JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. can whole kernel corn, drained
3 jalapenos, sliced thin
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork

Add eggs and milk to corn muffin mix and blend well. Add corn and jalapenos, mix and set aside. Season meat to taste; brown. Pour 1/2 mixture into oiled skillet and spread meat over it. Add remaining mixture and bake for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
