JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. Jalapenos, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. can creamed style corn
1 1/2 c. white corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. yellow cheese, shredded

Mix ingredients together and cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
