JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 c. cornbread mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. onion, grated
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. can cream style corn
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 c. pimento

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
