JALAPENO BREAD 
3 c. self-rising corn meal
4 eggs
4 to 5 Jalapeno peppers
1 c. milk
1 (1 lb.) can cream corn
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated onions

Mix all ingredients and place in a well-greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
