JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten

Mix well together. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
