JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 c. milk
1 or 2 finely chopped jalapenos
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can (2 c.) cream corn
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs; add milk and oil, then mix together. Add cheese, onion, corn and chopped pepper. Pour into two 8-inch greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
