SPINACH-ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 cup sour cream 1 cup real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip) 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (squeeze dry) 1 can artichoke hearts rough chopped (not marinated) 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 dashes ground cumin 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Mix all ingredients together. Bake in shallow pan at 400°F for about 15 to 20 minutes or until browned. Serve with chips. Submitted by: Becky |
