ORANGE BAKED CHICKEN | |
5 whole chicken breasts (skinned) 1/4 c. minced onion 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. regular (all purpose) flour 2 c. orange juice 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles About one hour and 15 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread chicken breasts open; arrange in large shallow pan, breast side up, not overlapping. Sprinkle with onion and seasonings. In medium bowl, thoroughly blend flour with about 1/2 cup orange juice; stir in remaining juice; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally with juice from pan. Meanwhile, cook noodles as label directs, drain. Serve chicken over noodles on warm platter. Stir pan juices to blend and pour over chicken. Makes 5 servings. |
