BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears (cooked)

WHITE SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter, melted
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream

Combine melted butter with flour and add milk. Heat on low burner, stirring until sauce thickens. Add grated cheese and sour cream.

Lay broccoli in 9x12 casserole dish. Cover with white sauce.

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs; sprinkle over casserole. Refrigerate 24 hours, then bake uncovered at 350 degrees.
