CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 chicken breast
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs (I use 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix)
Pepper

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Boil chicken breast; cool and remove meat from the bones, then shred. Mix all ingredients but save half the bread crumbs. Put in casserole dish and spread remaining bread crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

When using Stove Top stuffing mix, add seasoning packet to the ingredients; will give it extra flavor.
