BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste
1 pkg. chicken Stove Top stuffing

Cook broccoli and drain. Mash. Add soup, eggs, mayonnaise, onions, salt and pepper. Grease large baking dish with butter. Stir ingredients and pour into baking dish. Prepare Stove Top according to directions. Spoon over casserole and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned.
