CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (thawed)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
6 to 9 slices Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing

Boil chicken. Put on bottom of 8 inch baking dish. Put thawed broccoli on top of chicken. Pour cans of mushroom soup in. Lay slices of cheese over soup. Prepare stuffing as directed on box and put on top of cheese. Bake for 1/2 hour on 350 degrees.
