CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli (lg. pieces rather than chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Partially cook and then cube chicken. Partially cook and then drain broccoli. Mix with cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, topped with stuffing mix and cheese. 9 x 13 inch pan.
