CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
5 c. diced chicken or turkey, cooked
1 lg. box frozen broccoli, partially cooked
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. fat free mayonnaise
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (dry)
1/4 c. melted butter

In a baking dish layer chicken and broccoli. Mix soup, milk, mayo, lemon juice. Spread on top of chicken and broccoli. Put stuffing on top of all and drizzle melted butter on top of stuffing. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 6.
