CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. broccoli
3 or 4 chicken breast (or turkey breast)
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter
Dry bread crumbs

First boil the chicken breasts until done. Cut the meat from the bone. Boil or steam the broccoli until tender. Put the drained broccoli in a 9 inch pie plate or a casserole dish, top with the cubed chicken. Combine the cream of chicken soup and milk together, then pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese. Combine enough bread crumbs with the melted butter to cover the top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. If you like, it goes well with potatoes as a more filling meal.
