LAYERED CHICKEN BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. uncooked instant rice
Fresh broccoli
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced, sliced or chopped

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1 c. grated cheese

Cook rice. Steam broccoli. Mix sauce. Layer in casserole dish rice, broccoli, chicken, sauce, cheese. Bake, covered with aluminum foil, 1 hour at 350 degrees.
