CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 c. instant rice
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. evaporated milk (I use whole milk)
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 fryer, cut into pieces or 6 chicken breasts

Combine rice, soups and milk, pour into greased casserole. Top with chicken, sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Cover, bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
