BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can water
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. instant rice
1/2 sm. jar Cheez Whiz (I use 1 c. grated cheese)
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

Heat soup with water, add onion and cook until tender. Add rice, cheese and drained broccoli. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
