CREAMY CHICKEN BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
1 can French fried onion rings
1 pkg. Durkee cheese sauce mix
1/2 c. sour cream

Prepare stuffing mix according to directions. Stir in 1/2 can onion rings. Spread in 9 inch casserole. Arrange thawed and drained broccoli spears over top.

Prepare cheese sauce mix using 1 1/4 cups milk. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Add cubed chicken to cheese sauce and pour over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Lap with rest of onion rings and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.
