CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 lb. chicken
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
American cheese slices to cover
1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb)
Butter

Cook chicken. Cook broccoli. Using 9 x 13 inch pan, cover bottom with broccoli; then cover broccoli with chicken. Mix together chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Arrange cheese on top. Cover with stuffing mix, and dot with butter. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Should be bubbly.
