BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated white cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (chicken)

Cook broccoli. Combine egg, onion, soup and mayonnaise. Place a layer of broccoli in 2 quart casserole. Add a layer of cheese. Pour on a small amount of sauce. Repeat layers. Place stuffing on top after layers are completed. Dot the top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
