CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 chicken breasts, split & deboned
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 bouillon cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup (celery or mushroom, your choice)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
6-8 slices American cheese
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing mix

Cook chicken until tender. Save the broth. Cook broccoli slightly. Place broccoli and chicken in casserole dish.

Mix broth, bouillon, soup and mayonnaise together. Pour over vegetable and chicken. Place slices of cheese on top. Toss stuffing with butter and sprinkle over cheese.
