BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 beaten eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix

Mix broccoli with all the ingredients except stuffing. Add about 1 1/4 cups stuffing to broccoli mixture. Spoon into greased casserole dish; top with more stuffing crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
