BROCCOLI SUPREME CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli by package directions; drain blend soup and flour; add sour cream, onion salt and pepper stir in broccoli. Turn into 2 quart casserole dish. Combine stuffing mix and melted butter; sprinkle around edge of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until hot. Serves 6.
