BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb mix)

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, salt and pepper. Add to broccoli. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Pour melted butter over cheese. Spread stuffing on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
