SUPER BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (must be Hellmann's for best results)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. butter
4 tbsp. melted butter (separate)
2 c. seasoned herb stuffing (such as Pepperidge Farm)

Grease casserole. Saute onion in 1/2 tablespoon butter for 10 minutes. Toss herb stuffing and 4 tablespoons melted butter. Combine onions, broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, cheese, and egg and spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle with herb stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 1 1/2 to 2-cup casserole dish. Serves 8-10.
