SUPER PIZZA CASSEROLE 
4 lg. green peppers, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. oregano or basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 lbs. Italian sausage (bulk style) 1/2 hot, 1/2 sweet
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. provolone or mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 - 12 eggs
Parmesan cheese

Lightly grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan. Saute peppers and onions in oil. Season with spices. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. In large skillet, brown sausage, drain well. Pour 1/2 quart sauce into pan. Layer all sausage over sauce. Layer onion and pepper mixture. Layer cheese. Pour remaining 1/2 quart sauce over cheese. Poke holes all over mixture using wooden spoon handle. Whisk eggs, pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
