BEST WAFFLES 
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
4 large eggs, separated
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Spray a waffle iron with non-stick spray and preheat.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Separate egg whites from yolks.

Combine egg yolks, milk, vanilla and oil. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Bake in preheated waffle iron.

Makes about 10 waffles.
