WAFFLED FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. corn oil
10 slices white bread

Beat 2 eggs slightly; add milk, salt and oil. Dip slices of bread quickly into the mixture, coating both sides. Bake in preheated waffle iron until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup.
