6 slices Texas toast
2 oz. cinnamon
6 eggs
whipped cream (can be from a can)

Beat the six eggs in a bowl. Add the cinnamon. You can add more or less, to your preference. Dip the Texas toast in the egg mix and place on a HOT griddle. When brown, take off griddle. When cool, put whipped cream on top.
