BANANA NUT FRENCH TOAST 
Tastes great served with maple or chocolate syrup!

6 slices bread
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
3 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almonds
2 tsp. confectioners' sugar

Mix together in a large bowl: heavy cream, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Dip bread into liquid mixture.

In large skillet on medium heat add butter. Put bread into skillet cook until brown on both sides. Slice bananas and put on top along with pecans, walnuts, and almonds. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

Variations: Other fruit may be substituted for bananas and nuts.
