BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 whole eggs
1 can cream of celery soup
3 tbsp. chopped onions
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. toasted bread crumbs as topping
1/2 stick butter

Boil frozen broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain well. Beat eggs, stir in mayonnaise, soup, onions, cheese, salt and pepper. Fold in cooked broccoli. Place entire mixture in casserole. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes.

TOPPING:

In a skillet, melt butter and stir in crumbs, until brown. Sprinkle over casserole after cooking.
